We never ask for your passport details
Arrival Checklist is a guide only. We don't collect passport information, and we don't submit forms or applications. You enter those details only on the official government sites we link to.
Information collected when you visit
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and protect the site.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites and doesn't build a profile of you — we only see totals such as page views, referring sites and countries.
Tools on this site
The trip planner and Schengen calculator save the dates you enter in your own browser (local storage) so they're there next time. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Advertising and affiliate links
We don't currently show ads. If we add advertising or affiliate links in future, those services may use cookies to show ads and track referrals. We'll update this policy before introducing them, and ask for consent where the law requires it.
