Why this site exists
Countries across Southeast Asia have moved their arrival paperwork online. The official forms are usually free, but they can be confusing, and lookalike websites charge travellers for forms that cost nothing. Thailand's Immigration Bureau, for example, has said around 10% of foreign arrivals used fake arrival-card sites.
We wanted one place that answers the practical questions — who needs it, when to file, what goes in each field — and then sends you to the real government site.
What we are — and aren't
- We are an independent information site.
- We are not a government website, and we're not affiliated with any immigration authority.
- We don't submit forms or applications for you, and we never charge for official forms.
How we keep it accurate
- Every guide is researched from official sources first — government portals, official manuals and announcements — and reputable news coverage of rule changes.
- Each page shows when it was last checked and lists its sources.
- Where sources disagree, we say so rather than guess, and where we can, we check the live official form ourselves.
- We monitor entry-rule changes in the region and update pages when rules move.
Rules can still change without notice, so always confirm on the official site before you travel. Found something out of date? Please tell us.
How the site is funded
The guides are free to read. In future the site may show advertising and include affiliate links to travel products such as eSIMs or travel insurance — if you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links will always be labelled, and they never affect what we say about official requirements.
